Principal

Heidi has extensive experience in insolvency management, business advisory, restructuring and corporate recovery.  She has hands-on experience in handling a variety of complex insolvency engagements, including listed companies in Hong Kong, covering wide spectrum of industries, including securities brokerage, jewellery, property development and medical equipment.  She has been in charge of numerous voluntary liquidation of companies incorporated in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions. 

Heidi also has experience in receivership of listed companies in Hong Kong as well as receiverships appointed by major banks and financial institutions in Hong Kong. Her other notable assignments include provision of expert reports to the court, conducting court standard investigation relating to misappropriation of funds for the court, and handling the distribution of compensation monies to affected investors.

In addition to corporate insolvency, restructuring and receivership, Heidi also has experience in bankruptcy administration and deceased estate administration.
